Tired and need a change

Tired of slogging all day and night. Working without breaks. Extremely burnt out and want to quit. No rewards or recognition for the hard work. Do New Grads working at other companies feel the same way ? Doordash has bad culture towards new grads and dump loads of work with no rewards.
