Does Tmo ask questions based on any principles ( such as Amazon LPs)? Whas the best way to answer ( star format?) Any tips on these or other suggestions would be great ! Blind tax/ Tc 160k #tmobile
Look at the values and tie the answers back to them. Based on the director and sr manager background Iβd prepare accordingly.
There's no rigid interview standard at T-Mobile. It will vary widely team by team. In general, STAR format is encouraged though. In general, when I did interviews for engineers on my team, it was: 1. Recruiter screening 2. Hiring manager (me) 3. Current team members 4. For senior engineer roles - director 5. Special cases (eg. Needing immigration sponsorship) - VP
I was a contractor for Tmo and No their interview process at least for my team was very unorganized, sr manager and hiring team arch cudnt agree on a single candidate for six months and they just had simple interviews
