Transition to PM roles

Currently SDE, 3 years experience. I want to transition to PM roles. How can i achieve that without at MBA and very limited almost no opportunity for over time transition in current job. Community, please suggest. P.S. If anybody hiring for Product Management r /Associate Product Manager in India,and can help refer for the same. Current experience: 3 yesrs SDE, top tier tech company. Well versed with all phases of SDLC, Agile, User Story, Task, Grooming, Sprint For TC folks, it is 18lpa base plus 1 bonus

The most common ways to get into PM are: 1. Internal transfer within a company where you’ve built a reputation 2. Apply to an established APM program, although half the class is typically new grads 3. Apply to a startup that cares less about official product experience Given your SDE experience, would opt for path 1 or 3. Given you are technical, you may excel more by starting in a Tpm role. CSPO is just an added bonus. Might help with companies practicing SAFe Agile mode.
