What a "wise" question.
Best poll ever.
Or you can have a vote republican vs Democrat
I am an immigrant. Until Trump became president I felt myself close to Republican party. My opinion has changed 180 degrees after 2016. I realized how they see us, immigrants. Even Rand Paul who is a libertarian started to tweet racist nonsense.
Don't fall for the lies of the liberals. I'm in the same boat as you but I realized how much liberals try to exploit immigrants in 2016. Democrats intentionally conflate legal and illegal immigration and they are supported by the MSM.
Trump is riding Obama’s wave he created.
I don’t like Trump as a human being, but he does better jobs than all talk no work Democrats. However comparing him with Obama is too much. Obama was the great president.
Any specifics?
Obama was a racist - the way he handled the Trayvon Martin shooting and the Michael brown shooting before all the facts were in proved it. He put affirmative action on steroids which discriminated people purely based on race and particularly hurt Asians. He did not believe in science either and his DoE passed regulations that would allow men in women's restrooms.
IMHO, no matter how good a president is otherwise, if she treats differently to different races, good deeds are meaningless.
Which is something Trump never did
Obama doubled the national debt. Slowest recovery in the history. Record food stamp recipients many years after recession. Obama was also the reason this country is so divided. I am OK with all LGBT policy until he tried to put men in girls room. He could have focused on improving black education and employment. He just did handout instead and called everything racism. Ironically it's Trump who achieved the lowest black unemployment rate ever.
I did not pay attention on politics too much until Trump became president so my views may be a little skewed. I used to lean toward dems but since he became president, it seems to me like dems are so obsessed in trying to get him out rather than trying to work together to address critical issues. We seem to be talking about critical issues like immigration, foreign affairs, economic health etc while in during Obama’s term we were talking about gender equality, whether to have bathroom for the 3rd gender blah blah. I’m not trying to diminish these issues but I think we have more critical issues that we need to address as a nation. Also, we seem to have less shooting of African-American people. I’m an immigrant. I admit, I now lean towards more on the rep side. I watch CBS news and not Fox but all I see is dems desperate attempt to rouse people to get Trump out with petty issues one after another. Those really turned me off. I don’t like Trump as a person in some ways but I think he’s doing great overall if we take away all these nonsense news dems are using to distract people from seeing what has been done during his presidency. I care more about results than judging the leaders’ personality.
Where do you live my friend?
I live in the great democratic state of Massachusetts where you are not allowed to speak up your political views lest you will be ridiculed as not one of them intellectuals
Working back from January 2017, Obama’s last month in office, there had been 6.423 million jobs added or 221,000 per month. The difference for the 29 months is 810,000 more jobs or 27,000 more per month than Trump through the beginning of July.
How many jobs lost in 2009 and a couple years beyond? Do you have a count? That is in millions. Go google it. You need focus more on net job gain. You smart as*
It’s insane to try to say that Obama did something good for economy objectively speaking
