WTH 🤦♂️ why LC then? EDIT: I’m not demeaning other people but putting into perspective how much it takes for a swe or finance person to make that kind of money!! https://stocks.apple.com/A0Eo4tILiT0yYkJrj2dQbnw
UPS has unions. LC + unionization would make far more than 170k.
Let’s create an Union for US and we shall call it: LC monkeys 🐒
Or maybe it's because there isn't a program that allows billions of cheaper UPS drivers to get special visas from overseas? It's not an easily exportable job, so not one the government needs to handle with kid gloves to make sure the jobs stay here.
Do a UPS driver job for one day and give is your feedback.
yeah wtf, UPS driver is probably one of the toughest jobs. This is really undermining UPS drivers.
💯
You haven't worked in construction then
I already know what kind of person you are based on your reaction. UPS is nothing without its drivers. Can’t automate that job away like we can yours
Ever heard of drone delivery or automated driving
With automated driving, how do the packages leave the car and get to your front door?
They deserve it if you order anything online thank them for delivering it to you they are the back bone of the US the usps should be paying similar
This is a good thing, actually
"drivers" lol. Driving that truck is probably the easiest part of their job. Good for them. Selling their bodies and health for our Amazon prime addiction.
Is it? Weren't there articles about delivery trucks that don't have air conditioning even in places like Arizona? I think that was UPS.
I meant vs running in and out of that truck with heavy ass packages ass day. Vs driving. That's all. It's all difficult.
We are underpaid
☠️
Yeah bro so sick and tired of getting paid 350K peanuts 🥜
It’s hard work and most are not able to do it much past 40 if they started early 20s. Most of them that do it long enough have injuries. A friend of mine had 2 back surgeries and now has permanent issues and had to give up driving in their mid 30s.
Go do their job and see if it's worth 170k
Blind is so dumb
For real, I read their stories somewhere on the internet. They don't even have time to chill to find restroom. Peeing in a bottle is the norm for them
