It's probably easier if there is a role they need to fill in another office. I moved from Hoboken to SLC just last year. Look at WorkDay for those postings as well as bring it up to your manager and leadership that you'd like to be kept up to date on opportunities that Walmart has in other offices.
Did you have to let your hiring manager know first before you start applying or after you get your offer and confirmation?
I think it’s easy if your manager/ leadership is supportive of the move. But with the current scenario , i feel they have been calling a lot of resources back to Bentonville
