People who work at Uber, what would you recommend doing to get better customer support? I'm finding these Indian email center agents (no offense meant, I mention it only to indicate their communication style is different), often just reply with canned lines, frequently do not read the case history, and often repeat or totally mislead the customer down wrong solution paths for their issue. As an example, I had an agent tell me that I should click on "problem with order" (some random Uber eats order of my choice) to start a ticket when my issue was about Uber One.
Keep giving feedback, issue was not resolved till you are satisfied. At the end they will refund your money.
That’s not worth the time and effort you put in to get your effort resolved.
Yeah, it’s honestly a pretty bad experience. This is speaking as a consumer of the product, too. There was some cost shifting to India, but as any company from the 90s will tell you, the drop in quality is enough that it’ll eventually end up going back to onshore. I’m guessing we just wanted to learn this the hard way. For the short term, I’m sure a tweet or social media post will get more traction than interacting with the bots at CS. Good luck! Sorry for our sucky support.
Thanks for the honesty and advice. I'll try the social media channel.
Post on LinkedIn or Tweet at them. I see people using LI to ask for Coinbase support lol.
