Udacity Data Analyst nano degree

i am posting this on behlaf of my wife. She has engineerinh degree and she worked for a major bank india for 5 years. now that she is in USA she wants to pursue her career in IT. She foundout about nano degree program in wich she has to do series of projects and then udacity will try to arrange some job interviews. Udacity is claiming job gurantee program. i wanted to get a opinion from you guys and see if its worth and recommended to get back in IT. any advice here would be a huge help. Thank you
