Culture is declining and don't be fooled by the compensation structure. it takes 6 years to see your profit sharing and 401k. no formal performance structure, based on how manager feels about you which affects your bonus. Shares are not always awarded and bonuses fluctuate. They use shares, 401k and profit sharing to pigeonhole you to the organization. Regarding diversity tons of ER cases and discrimination at the firm. #culture #officelife #workplace
