VMWARE BCOM Designation matching
I see that MTS3(P3) from VMware kind of overlaps with ICB 3 at Broadcom. The base salary at VMware for a MTS3 is way higher than ICB3, infact higher than ICB4 in Bay Area. Any thoughts on folks getting lesser base salary due to levels matching ?

Pay will be slashed to Broadcom levels from what I’ve heard
