I have an interview coming up with lucid motors anyone knows what type of questions they will ask or what topics to look over? TC:🥜 #interview #auto
Lmao don't work at lucid it's a complete shitshow here man
Noted, I’ve heard the WLB is pretty bad but I thought it be a good starting point in my career so I could develop more technical skills
Op, developing skills doesn't happen in a rush environment. You need to read, experiment and learn which all take time and happen in relatively calm environment. I think that startups do not have time for anyone to spend that amount of time for skill development. I feel that in startups you just need to execute.
I had an offer with them two years ago which I declined. Did I dodge a bullet?
Yes, yes you did. Especially considering it says Nvidia next to your name.
Thanks you made my day today!!
Maybe I dodged a bullet the interview didn’t go great my background is in ECE so I did good on the interview questions about communication protocols and ISRs but the coding interview was about algorithms. I’m assuming a lot of Embedded Software interviews are like this so I guess I’ll become a LC monkey
How long did it take for you from applying to the first interview? Thanks
Make sure you ask them about WLB, and if you are okay with 100% working from the office with mandatory hours
I did ask about WLB, the hiring manager said the workflow is closer to a start-up than a traditional Auto company, but you get to have a lot more impact
