Walmart Full time Offer
I got a full time offer as a DATA ENGINEER III Location- BENTONVILLE,AR Base -107k RSU- 12.5k Bonus-16% Annually No sign-on, this is my first FTE role in US. Shoud I ask for sign on? Others who have joined Walmart recebtly have received 10k bonus. The recruiter assigned to me is rude and I think he is low ballong me. I would appreciate any inputs/suggestions?

Am in Bentonville too YOE: close to 6 Level: SE3 Base 96k Comparing to mine, your offer looks good. But you still have a room to negotiate on base and ask for sign on and relocation assistance

Location and YOE plays into this. In CA this isn’t an amazing offer. In bentonville might be fair for starting. I didn’t get a sign-on but I did get relocation. Make sure you get that.

Yeah but it's one of the biggest cities in AR due to Walmart presence. Besides the cost of living is so low you'll be able to save tons of money. Definitely a shocker for big city people tho 😂😂
the cost of living is not low, everything is costing the same as in many metros, new constructions are $220/sqft and the day care/pre school costs are atleast $1100/month. Except for state income taxes (4.7%) nothing is low here.

Yes. You will. DE3 and SE3 are same band. Going forward SE3 and SSE get 50k RSU across all locations. You will hear this news in next 2 weeks.
