Israeli precision-guided munition likely killed group of children playing foosball in Gaza, weapons experts say
Hi All, Got offer from Walmart Sunnyvale. Initially they said flexible and remote so I can work from the location of my choice. Now they came up saying ->Walmart requires that you work within the same Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) as Walmart's office location. If you are currently residing in a location outside of the Walmart office's MSA, you will be required to relocate to the MSA before you start working pursuant to this H-1B petition Is the remote policy changing within Walmart ? Are they allowing permanent remote ? Please let me know
I think it’s more to do with immigration than Walmart’s policy. Technically if they file your H1B for a particular location, you need to be located with 50 miles or so. Maybe they are not open to file H1Bs for any location, but looks like you can still wfh within the MSA.
Yeah, legally from immigration point of view you can only work within reasonable commuting distance.
Any MSA of Walmart office location or specifically Sunnyvale?
They say any MSA
So op that just means you have to be in reasonable distance to office but can be remote
Unless of course walmart changes policy and brings yall back
ding dong baby..
