I have offer from Walmart & will receive an Offer from Angel One Walmart(SDE-III) offered TC - 27 LPA + ~5.2LPA Bonus + ~6.5/3 RSU's + 4 LPA Joining Bonus Location - Bangalore Angel One(SDE-II) discussed TC - 35LPA+3.5LPA Location - Work From Anywhere Which one should be better. Priority - Job Security > WLB > TC If anyone working at Angel One can help regarding the layoffs and work life balance. Current TC - 33 LPA YOE - 4 #Walmart #AngelOne #Uber #Amazon #Microsoft #Google
If you want to learn and grow, pick AngelOne. In long run it will be much better than picking Walmart.

I haven't negotiated yet. I will try once I receive the final offer from Angel One. I don't feel they will negotiate. The team at Walmart is Customer Experience Team.

Walmart does not have sde 3 role. It is software Engineer 3. Please check again.
