Wayfair stock
Is wayfair still offering stock grants at $270/stock? I had an offer from them a couple months ago, when the stock was at $160 ish, they said the stock grant is at $270/stock. Freaking delusional. #wayfair TC L61 200k#tech

That makes zero sense. The shares closed today at $122/share. If your equity grant vests at 1000 shares per year, that 78k your not getting in comp. What happens if it doesn’t go back to 200? And drops to 50? How is anyone going to get any upside gain unless the shares take off again and go to 250? That’s kind of like heads I win, tails you lose compensation plan.
Did you take the offer? I read in some recent blind posts that they revised the evaluation to 180.
No, I did not. The stock has just been on a slump. And it’s still P/E ratio of 100, shows company still overvalued
Good that you didn’t. It’s price is 120 now, don’t see that changing anytime soon.
