What do you think about Vancouver(Canada) housing market?

Completely fucked

The silicon valley prices of Canada. Adjustment pending.

Prices are sky high with no serious economics to back it up. Everyone is over leveraged and renting all their rooms to cover mortgage. Who makes 350k usd comp there? No one except the drug lords.

1% cheaper than SF and 2% more yard sqft 🤣

It's busted... I'm curious to see how much the prices will drop in a year. They are already 5% below the peak according to Case-Shiller S&P index
