Very very low in terms of US dollars, but unsure what it turns out to be in the local currency. I have seen that a lot of folks make in the range of 20-25k for associate and general engineer, and up to 60-70k for staff. I know a lot of folks in Pune and within the company are pretty vocal about that office being underpaid in cash as well as RSUs/other perks if that helps with your decision.
