What is the rolling window for applying to Meta roles?

I applied for 3 roles at meta 5 months ago, with frankly an unprepared resume, no wonder I didn't get a callback. Just saw a role which is perfectly suited for my skill set, and I have a well polished resume now. Do I have to wait until 6 months pass before i can apply to roles at Meta? Or does it reset after 3 months? Anyone privy to the timeline? #meta
