Non-tech Director/Senior Director role TC, base range, stock grant, bonus percentage, etc. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks! TC 350 #blizzardentertainment
Just curious how this working being that Microsoft is set to acquire them.
I wouldn't expect TC of 350 :)
Definitely won’t be 350k. My guess (big guess) is 220 base, 20k stock (not even RSU but options with a strike price) and 30% bonus target if funded at 100% (usually gets funded at 50%). Therefore it would be 220 + 20 + 33 = $273k
Amazing. Thank you!
This is reasonable but can go higher depending on department
Blizzard or ATVI? And you said non-engineering? Which discipline? product? pm? Design? Non engineering everything is lower generally. You can get a TC in the 400’s at that level.
No way in hell in the 400’s. Will never happen.
For a grade 16 it absolutely is with on hire stock.
Director+ is where the company gets more competitive on compensation. Directors in Product (non-tech) are usually at $300k+. It really depends on your discipline here (Marketing is low $200s, for example).
