Seeing as we (Mailchimp) just got acquired can any current or former Intuit employees give some insight? Especially from Credit Karma and Mint folks. We just had our townhall with Sasan and Alex Chriss, it was…okay I guess. Not a lot of new information.
It’s a nice, slow, thoughtful culture. Feels like a big company, which will be a shift. Not a bad place to be by any stretch, though.
mail chimp will still be operated independently ( so your work culture shouldn’t change) + take the good benefits + stock ✌️
Great company. Many acquirees do well throughout the organization. It’s customer and data driven. There are many great teams but many bad ones. You may be working most with QuickBooks which has by far the most distinction but that shouldn’t matter more than being a little annoying
Great company , great culture , employee and customer focused , great benefits , laid back , above average TC in the valley .
What? above average 😂
Above average yes. Below average for FAANG
Management values employees a lot, great culture, slowing moving environment.
Y’all are easing my anxiety about this whole thing. Really appreciate the responses.
By the way… welcome!!
Everything is just show, if you are good at sucking up to your boss you will be promoted else PIP.
What is PIP?
Performance improvement plan, what’s the work life balance like @Inuitreal?

Do people underestimate E6 role at meta?
Went onsite there years ago… seems very stale and boring.
