Leetcode easy/easy-medium. If you can't ace that test you're in trouble for onsites at most companies in general
Haha "Asking for a friend." It's easy. Read cracking the coding interview and do some leetcode/hackerrank and you'll be fine
Word. And do you know generally how difficult the technical interview is after the assessment? And if it's via phone or onsite
Depends. I've interviewed fresh grads in person and via Chime (similar to WebEx/Skype). We have them code and explain what they're doing just like any interview we have here. Only real difference is we don't expect them to do as well as tenured developers honestly. I'd say to read up on the leadership principles (LP's) and have a good story of when you showed that LP - whether it be a group project or whatever. And like I said, be able to code and do complexity analysis and you'll be fine.
