What's the best way to make it big in tech/product? Looking for inputs from exec roles like director vp sr managers?
I'm a mid career PM , but very ambitious and love taking up challenges. Been at MS for a few months and got my L62 promo with great rewards too. Very eager to know what is the best way to make it big. Yoe 5 Tc 220k

Yoe 5. Mid career PM? Nah bro. You’re a junior PM. Best way to make it big is hitch your ride to other managers that grow fast. Learn to network within the company. Learn to advertise for yourself. Learn to pick the right projects. Learn to ask the right questions.
