What’s the easiest trading platform to short stocks?

I know Robinhood doesn’t allow to short stocks. Any recommendations? I’d prefer web version than mobile app

Does it charge extra for shorting? I have used TradeZero in the past and they charge extra to borrow stocks to short. Maybe that’s true for low float stocks

Don’t have much knowledge of options so I try to stay away from it
