Is it still Leetcode + grokking the * + designing data intensive applications? Is interviewing.io worth it? I've read EPI and Cracking the coding interview . I'm targeting EM roles. #engineering #software #em # #engineering
Tried interviewing io today. Interviewer was knowledgeable and gave good pointers, but unfortunately it wasn’t a formal mock more of a coaching session. Going to continue try a few more mocks.
Can you elaborate more about the value of the coaching session? Did they just repeat back known skills (e.g. STAR strategy, do these leetcode topics) or was the feedback more customized?
Well that’s the problem, it wasn’t meant to be a coach session, it was meant to be a mock system design. Regardless he gave good pointers and a framework for system design interviews.

Build good network, impress people at work and get out of the rat race as soon as people. So many good man hours are wasted on interview prep. It's really unfortunate.
I want to hit $500k TC. Not too many opportunities for this outside of the rat race. I'm 100% with you though. Its just easier said than done. Interview prep provides an explicit path to success. If you have any actionable advice on how to build a network to create high income, I'd love to hear it.
