Where in America to retire?
Which cities/areas are the best for retirement, or even semi-retirement (coast job, remote job)? Things to consider: - affordable homes - national parks / nature - city with some culture and things to do - livable for long term (climate change) - low crime - no homelessness problem - good schools

San Antonio, Charlotte, Orlando, Nashville - mid size cities, San Diego is nice wish it is little bit less expensive
Orlando is not midsize. it is 1.5m.
Colorado (not Denver). Not cheap though
Las Vegas purely for tax purposes and if you have to have those mega buffets to kill time
