Exercising his rights!? What an idiot. What the hell did he think was going to happen in the wake of last week, going into any public place armed and dressed like that. It's completely unnecessary and likely to cause nothing but terror in everyone there, as is what happened. He deserves the book thrown at him for terrorism.
