Workday ATS has the most abysmal/disgusting resume parsing technology
Put in your resume, and it'll get your name if you're lucky. Have fun going through the rest of the application filling out a million boxes for a role you barely even want anyways. What was the resume even for? Absolutely embarrassing. Tiktok has their own home-built resume parsing system on the application page, and it parses it perfectly! Wtf? It even got the interests/skills, job bullets, everything. Workday has been around how long? Absolutely disgraceful. Is Workday a garbage site for a job application? TC 277

I fucking hate workday. It takes so fucking long to apply for a god damn job. Jobs in lever.co literally takes 5 seconds to apply. Workday should fix their shit
That's at least partly bc Workday has way more required fields.
Yeah and when it says “virus detected” in my resume 😭
It's pretty trash honestly. Nowadays I just let recruiters reach out to me and don't deal with applying anywhere.
