Just got verbal offer from wday for p3 qa role in Pleasanton, CA 140k Base 10% bonus 105k rsu/4 Recruiter said base and bonus is firm but some wiggle room for rsu. Is this decent for p3 qa? How much more can I get? Tried to push for p4 but recruiter said its not possible. I also have an offer from a startup for a Sr qa role, fully remote vs hybrid at workday when office reopen. 170k base 10% bonus 10k sign on and some iso (paper money)
Yes. Good offer for P3
would they match the start up offer?
I think they could get close to the base, not sure if they’ll match it since you’re getting a good RSU grant vs ISO paper money. It’s at discretion of hiring team though. I think 170K might still be in band for P3. More likely they’ll throw in a sign on bonus instead.
YOE?
too many 15 yoe 😞 that's why not happy with p3
Oh yeah def not P3, push for one more level up.
Any chance you can disclose how was the interview process? I'm very interested in a QA role at Workday but haven't had any luck still.

Recruiter got back and said max they can do is 120k rsu/4, and can't move anything else. Final offer she said
Think start up offer is better. Full remote also is awesome
yes, but wlb might be a problem with start up
Is p3 some kind of certification? I didn’t see any position requirements for it
Can you help me what is expected in interview? What kind of questions are asked for QA engineer role
Any guidance on what is asked in the interview and where to stress during preparation?
