Workday vs twilio vs lacework
Expecting an offer from all three for non technical admin role. Base discussed are similar with lacework lower but « options » to make up for that. Looking advice more on wlb, culture and better outlook for the company. I have two young children so would like to be in a company thats nice, people that care and value your work so i can stay 3-5 years. Joined Cisco via an acquisition and miss the old days. #twilio #lacework #workday Which would you choose ? Also not a big risk taker ( main breadwinner, young kids, mortgage etc) Current tc: $170k ( about to go down when rsus run out)

Lacework valuation came during market peak. I'd argue their options have more downside than upside, you won't see a snowflake 2.0.

Still waiting for the offers. And i posted now for feedback because unfortunately for admin roles they give you 2 days to decide. we don’t get those offers locked for 1 or 2 months :/
