Saw the job posting for Director of Product Innovation - Originals Launch Strategy - Series. Not sure if I should even attempt to apply cold. What are the chances of getting an interview without a referral? I'm looking to move to LA asap. I'm currently in NYC. Does that put me at a disadvantage? I don't have have an MBA, but I have experience in entertainment, media, and fintech industries. #tech #netflix #netflixhiring #recruiterbox #jobfit

It doesn’t work this way. Never apply for the role way above your head. If you are SPM at Chase you are 1-2 levels lower at Netflix.
+1. Hiring managers see this as lack of self awareness so even if you are in the system they might choose to pass even for PM opportunities
Just apply a PM role... normally people willl get level down. Director too senior
TC or GTFO
Depends. What's your favorite movie?
