Yearly stock grant range for Staff PD at Qualcomm.

I recently got a job offer from Qualcomm for a Staff Physical Design role. I will be joining the backend GPU team in Austin. I would like to know the yearly stock refresher range a staff PDE will be granted every year. NOT the one time RSUs given as a part of sign on. Current TC: 170k New TC: 190k + stock grant Yoe: 8 yrs. #qualcomm #semiconductor
