You know how companies hire people by their Leetcode skills... like YouTube right now, if we enter a comment, and found a typo, make an edit and save it, it'd say "Returned Error" and outright delete your comment. The fortunately thing is that it keeps your comment editable, so you can copy it, and paste it as a new comment. The system probably thinks you entered similar content twice, and it is a "spam"... oh well... the almighty AI, it is not a "spam". It is correcting a typo. Isn't it easy to tell? It is the same comment, not a different comment. That's ok. They don't care, and I guess they don't have to care, because there is no obvious competitor. This is happening for months and nobody fixed it. The developers didn't care. The PM didn't care. The director didn't care. See, the Leetcode people enter the company, they don't even do things correctly, and with this, we don't even need to talk about "oh well, is it 'optimum'?" P.S. to reproduce the bug, you may have to put some links in the comment, like "i like FTX.com for their low commission... I think the fees at Gemini.com is a bit to high". Now edit the comment and change the "to" to "too". Something like this, and it'd report it is an error and if you refresh the page, your comment is completely gone. It may be due to you having a "link" in the comment and you have it "4 times" in 20 seconds or something like that. #youtube #google #leetcode #hiring
Did you get rejected by YouTube recently?
I am sure Apple views YouTube as an ingenious invention of the 21st century
...so that's a yes, right?
It's working fine for me (Android)? Submit a comment > Edit comment > Save > "Comment edited" modal pops up.
iOS - not reproducible too!
The problem that OP is bringing up wrt to edits exists in many products including Quora. I found it to be easily addressable but with diminishing returns, took years for me to face this. So I don’t think it’s that big a deal. I am not able to reason out the huge grudge OP has because of it.
I am against it because 1. It wasn't fixed for months, at least 2. These companies hire Leetcode people that cannot even do things correctly
So you would instead rather these companies hire people who can't even leetcode?
Really who gives a fk?
Indicates product lacks polish.
From the description looks like the OP's comment gets deleted when the system detected it as a spammy behavior. Fun OP's description, the steps to reproduce it is almost like what spammers do.

Do people underestimate E6 role at meta?
I work at YouTube and I have literally no idea what you're asking for or saying OP. Are you asking for help or just complaining about something?
I know English I also don't know what OP is trying to say
If OP wants someone to file a bug internally I can probably help with that but as it is I don't actually know what his issue is. He's gotta help me help him.
