Sometimes I wish I live in a world that takes the best parts of Robinhood and Opendoor. A real estate brokerage that disables buying action. Nobody outbids me ever again
Commission free buying/selling RE and fractional ownership of RE is already in the cards.

People brought up no commission in another comment. Please also convey that to your pm.
Opendoor already gives you a 1% rebate on the buyer side if you buy with OD (so if you buy a 1MM house as a buyer you actually pay only 990K, and usually with additional discounts if you use OD title and financing). Seller side, not sure how we would offer a 0% fee and still have positive margins given how tight our margins already are.
