Zynga vs BrowserStack

YOE - 4+ yrs TC BrowserStack : Mumbai - SDE 2 - 30.40 LPA -> 26.5 base + 2.65 bonus + 5 esop/ 4 years #edit Updated Offer: BrowserStack : Mumbai - SDE 2 - 32.9 LPA Breakup-> 28 base + 78k Medical and stuff + 2.8 bonus + 5.60 esop/ 4 years #end Zynga: Bengaluru - SDE 2 - 32 LPA - 23 base + 2.3 bonus + 7 esop/ 1 year In Zynga, I have to work on unity and c#. whereas BrowserStack is providing a backend engineer position. Major consideration points WLB and location. Will working with Unity and c# be a dead end for my backend exp? TC in Walmart: SDE 1 - 17.8 - 13 base + 1.3 bonus + 3.5 ESOP Edit: In browser stack 5 lakhs and 60k of ESOP is spread across 4 years #zynga #browserstack
Is Zynga still relevant? Browserstack isn’t that great either, if I were you , I would work at Zynga because it’s in Bangalore, for some time and then transition towards some senior role at Microsoft.
Will working with Unity and c# be a dead end?
I’m inclined towards saying yes but are you sure Zynga has only these two in their tech stack ? I thought some of their projects are in Go & Java. Having said that, Browserstack Mumbai? Are you comfortable moving to Mumbai in the near future? But if it’s Browserstack Bangalore, I would take that without any question.

Another thing to keep in mind - For Zynga, it's not esop, but rsu since it's a listed public company.

Don't join Zynga India. It's an outsourcing shop of dying games from US. Work life balance sucks apart from dull and boring work. I'd say keep looking for more opportunities.
+1 for dying games, wlb was okay for my team. Although hikes/bonus and work isn't good.
For browserstack, you have included 5Lacs in ESOPs in your TC where infact it should be 1.25lacs. 5Lacs will vest over 4 years and hence shouldn’t be included in TC.

Maybe. As far as I know, Browserstack offers 10% of base pay as Variable + 20% of base pay as Total ESOPs. I was coming from the perspective

I'd say just accept any offer and use that to negotiate a higher TC in a better company during the notice period. Browserstack seems like a better choice but lot's of engineering is becoming shit here. Not sure about zynga.

OP - hope by now you understood there is nothing called perfect company , whichever is giving more salary, close eyes and just move there.
