When it makes a difference of having facial hair or not in your selection process, is that company actually having correct hiring standards? Simply, just go how go like it
Leave the neckbeard to show that you’re one of them.
I shave maybe once a week at best, never cared about my look for the interview and never had an issue.
Lol I’ve never, ever shaved my beard for an interview. It’s a giant beard, too.
Why the F r interviewing with infosys
Not everyone who gets @Microsoft.com emails are full time employee. They may be working for TCS or Wipro or any no name company, who is a vendor to Microsoft. Many times, Microsoft or other big companies end their contracts with these companies. These vendors have to find a new 'employer' and they may already have a contract with Microsoft or Google and there can continue working. Also remember, Microsoft ended a lot of contracts recently in addition to their layoffs.

Why in gods name would you go from Microsoft to Infosys.
Not everyone who has @microsoft.com email address are full time employees of Microsoft. There are a lot of contract employees in various roles including but not limited to qa or testing, tech support and more.
Even then contractor at Microsoft is better than FTE at Infosys.
