TD to TN to TD again
Hi, I used to be TD (TN dependent, my i-94 says that I enter the country with TD). Then I got a job offer and my new employer filled an i-797 to transition to TN without leaving the country. Now I'm planning to resign and take a career break. Do I need to do something extra to "revoke" my i-797 without leaving the country? My i-94 still say TD. Thanks!
I believe you can file i539 with your spouse's tn1 i94 to switch back to TD without leaving the country. Better check with the attorney to confirm.
