facebook transfer from ic5 to e5
if transfer went successful, does compensation change immediately ( more RSU?) to match the levels? if yes, what is the typical grant of RSUs to match the gap?

if you can be promoted from e5 to e6, you must be ge in e5 with a multiplier of 2, which is 120k*2=240k rsu refresher, while e6 has avg refresher of 200k, lower than 240k. so you don't expect more rsu refresher.
No company that I know of adds RSUs as a result of a promotion or ladder change, just like they don't adjust last year's bonus or salary because you just got promoted. It only affects future bonuses.
