gig economy - glassdoor reviews

i really hate to say this but It s quite annoying when these independent contractors are writing reviews as an “employee” on glassdoor. be they uber, lyft, doordash, you name it... “Driver” or “Courier” is not an actual position these companies offer. also, because they write all the complaints, it really brings the reputation down for these companies. also it s really hard to determine the corporate full-time benefits because these guys swarm the reviews without access to such benefits. same goes for LinkedIn... Don’t put “Uber” or “Lyft” as a company with a Driver title. We never hired you. Earn the employment first #doordash #uber #lyft #postmates #grubhub

So if they don’t post the review under Uber where are they going to post it genius? What a douchey post

This is Glassdoor’s fault - not the workers fault. They should have more intelligent filters with less end user friction.

There is no check in glassdoor. Anyone can post any review for any company. Post is lame.

“Earn the employment first” Bruh, this is a shitty way to treat/talk about people who are hustling for their families and taking on considerable risk during the pandemic (making your company profits). Why even vilify them when your complaint appears to be with Glassdoor and LinkedIn?
