during interviews, i got lots of questions about how i previously terminated low performers. does facebook expect managers to frequently and aggressively remove low performers? seems like an important topic to warrant spending a substantial amout of time on it.
PIP/Fire rate is low single percents ~2-3 similar to other companies. We do aggressively PIP SAP applicants though.

average M1 manager runs formal process every 2 year or so. Very stressful first time so it’s good if potential manager did it before.
There is a quota of how many reports expected to get "meet most" or below every PSC cycle. A manager expected to meet that quota. Two "meet most"s mean PIP and termination.
