Which company are you negotiating with? Ask and the community here can help you. Levels doesn’t do much. Hit or miss. There are tons of blog posts about them
Hmm..yeah. I haven't reviewed their feedback outside blind. Let me run some checks then..
There are candor, team rora, the fearless salary negotiator, there’s another one where the ex Google recruiter is the founder himself (blanking on the names right now) but they would have more expertise. I’m not the biggest fan of levels.fyi so 🤷♀️ they of course only would post nice reviews on their site and not the 1 star review ones.
Tbf, just fake a competing offer and they’ll likely match
