my famly and I in bay area are currently facing a simlr situation as described in this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uVHQscP8EE It covers arnd 20 incidents and we are facing 5 or 6 on that list. noticed this happening during my previous job when a co-worker on my floor followed me walking everywhere in office including the restroom urinals and parking lot floor and followed my car, never confronted him. and in my current job, an intern followed around for a few days last year, following into the restrooms and outside the building while taking calls. my townhouse and neighbors are interfering the moment we step into the house in multiple ways, stealing laundry, knocking. unable to bear this surveillance torture, looking for safeways to handle the situation. A car or two following us in this city too. leaving bay area soon if things don't change, lined up 2 sw jobs in Portland Oregon with a massive pay cut in search of a safe place to avoid this group or an individual causing this.

Maybe you're paranoid schizophrenic? Get it diagnosed
That’s not harassment, that’s the DEA coming for you. Best way to avoid it is stop using and selling drugs
OP why do you it’s happening to you?
Try putting more money into surveillance. Better hire a private investigator. Get more proof that you can file a police report.
Private investigator
This realllyyy sounds like a mental illness...
Everyone has the fear of unknown. But anyways ... let not make fun of OP even if its illness
Knocking - is most likely kids. We faced it and I understand that it can be irritating. If you react, they will do more. Ignore them for a while and they will stop. Stalking - could it be that you both ran into each other multiple times? Also, will town house have common laundry?
I’m sorry your family is going through this. You are not the first and won’t be the last. The first step is talking to your neighbor or neighbors. Dialogue can help get support and understanding. Keep it positive, solution oriented and not accusatory. If the police say that’s not safe, then don’t do it. Follow your gut instinct over my recommendation. The most effective tactic is a cease and desist letter sent from an attorney with delivery confirmation. An official restraining order is also effective. I don’t know your specifics, but I think you need to do something. Some of these things happened to my family when I was a child. My parents talked to some neighbors, police and management, but never found out who slashed their tires or pounded on the doors. We eventually moved to a better neighborhood. You’ll be ok. Be strong.

So everyone in your life is stalking you? Previous co-worker, current intern, and your neighbors? Sounds like you need to get some mental help.
