Was about to ask folks here about promotion levels at Google and are folks generally happy π but it seems not according to this Googlegeist survey. Millennials who got promotions easily are preventing Gen Z faster promotions so that they can warm the bench much longer Corporate slavery mindset is decreasing with every generation which is great. More & more young people are taking risk and becoming entrepreneurs & influencers Newer generation of workforce is more autonomous, likes growth, values WLB. Smart workers (Alpha mindset) Millennials are like heads down and sucking up to their boss mindset. Bunch of grunts & hardworkers (Pure Beta mindset)
