Hello folks, Got this Qualcomm offer, please chime in for comments/suggestion, I know its low and need to present my numbers to HR. what should I ask as per QC pay standards. base - 211k RSU - 150k 3 yrs vesting signon bonus - 40k refresher rsu - 85k 3 yrs yearly bonus - 12% of base location - bay area YOE - 16 years

I also had a similar offer from qcom in AI domain. Needless to say, didn't end up joining.

The recruiter said they can do small improvements, but I didn't want to switch for a small delta.
I would target 350k tc for 16 years and senior staff. Not sure if you have other offers but try asking 230k base, 250k Rsu over 3 years. Sign on 60k.

That’s a staff offer in BA. Are you sure it’s 150k over three years? Fresh grads are getting those RSUs these days.
Would agree with the last comment, initial RSU is very low for Sr Staff, and so is the base pay. Get counter offers, else you will be leaving a lot on the table.
