tiktok/bytedance?
i got pinged by a recruiter for tiktok/bytedance for a AR SWE position in the Bay Area. anyone work there? can they match/exceed FANG comp? work culture/perks? is it a very Chinese company (in othet words, cliquish -- i'm leery based on the Chinese colleagues i see at FB)?

I am not an Indian. I am in China right now and Chinese apps are using so much resources that I can't even type properly...
Afaik salary is FANG level or even more depending on what u bring to the table
