Twilio discriminatory hiring
What’s going on at Twilio? They have managers discriminating candidates based on looks. I know the culture has gone downhill, but this is just ridiculous. Managers need to be held accountable On behalf of all ridiculously good looking people, this discrimination has to stop. #Canceltwilio #onlyhandsomecandidatefans

Y’all are seriously expecting the guy to come forward or HR to lift a finger? Is Twilio doing anything about this at all? Is there a company slack thread on this? When you see something bad and stay silent, you’re helping the perpetrator
No actual way of knowing this jack*ss still works at Twilio unless blind makes them re-verify. Also I don’t want random Blind posts with no way of verifying them being discussed at a company level
Blind is not as anonymous as many think. Not saying someone can get to your email address. But Twilio is small. More than once did I see a post and knew for 100% certain who it was.
I have to constantly in an indirect way remind my manager that twilio is a fully remote company & his personal values shit doesn't matter to me as I joined based on flexibility, remote work and I liked magic values though it doesn't look like twilio magic is being taken seriously but heck I dislike him as he starts every sentence with I want this , please someone from leadership arrange soft skills and management training for some managers.
