Do people think GoFundMe equity will be worth anything? The only thing I could find online is that they seem profitable and will probably not IPO.

It should be a non-profit and not a for-profit company. Having to answer to private equity or stock holders smells fishy for a company that's used for fundraising for social good.
Sure. Equity is a part of their comp regardless though, and Iโm just curious how employees consider that part.
