How did you interview for senior role at DocuSign ? My recruiter told me that they need at least 8+ yrs for a senior role at DocuSign. Regardless, I will go with Square for more stability compared to DS and the stock price is also at an attractive valke

Congrats OP! Nice to see some amazing offers in this kind of market. I would say the offers and companies are similar enough that it comes down to the team and you. Which manager and team are you more excited to work for? Which one has more potential to hit your goals, and which company do you see more promise in? I think now is the time to do as much research as you can on the companies and roles because unlike many blind posts, there’s no clear winner or even one I would swing towards based on the numbers alone. That’s a bad sign in my opinion. Docu just laid off 20%, all the pandemic induced bloat. If they’re hiring, you’re probably good. Square might be getting ready to cut soon.
Your US experience is 4 years? And I'm assuming you have a Masters and some exp in India?
