NY National Guard patrolling subway?
I saw on news so I go to X and Reddit to read. Some people say it’s not bad at all and some people say it’s very dangerous. And some people say it’s counterterrorism measure. What does blind think? Seems pretty dystopian to have military providing security to trains.

They need the military out there because they want the violent criminals out there too.
Have you never been to nyc before? They have this thing called “Joint task force empire shield” where national guard members patrol and walk around populated areas since 9/11. This subway thing isn’t even a blip
Just seems like a lot of people to deploy to subway. Like on the scale of how many cops came to SF to support for APEC. Why is news covering it then
Idk seems like they’re trying to scare crack heads from fucking around in the subway but thats just my opinion There could also be an actual terrorism threat that we don’t know about
