Banks like BoA, Citi and Chase provide rates around 4% only and websites like Fidelity require one to know a lot of jargon and difficult to pick anything there without a ton of research. Dear blinders, I’m going to try trading and have been learning and researching a lot about it. First time opening brokerage account, which is better, TDAmeritrade or Robinhood or Fidelity or any other recommendation? This is for non resident with H1b visa.

However I’m a bit confused as I learned different brokerages have dif...Read more

I've been trying to research this and built a very low fidelity model with rent growing at 1% a year and the s&p at 7% and was getting that the s&p would be better over 30 years.
