Great WLB balance, we'll see how long that lasts. Some people are OK meeting expectations and consistently delivering. Pay is commensurate with production, so don't expect top dollar for having unchallenging and basic work.
Managers constantly gaslighting, playing favorites, playing politics. There's talk about working with more urgency and speed, let's see how all of that plays out.
